As a professional Contractor for the past 32 years, I have always worked with wood in a dimensional form. I enjoy working with my customers on many projects. Whether remodeling a kitchen or bathroom, building an addition or deck, I have always loved working with wood and using tools to see each job to its completion.
Hunting for wood that has naturally fallen, been discarded by loggers or left to decay has become my favorite pastime. I visualize beautiful pieces of furniture by walking through the woods, cutovers and log decks in search for stumps and logs that offer unique shapes and designs.
I love to create furniture that will be a showpiece, yet functional, and stand the test of time. I work with different species of wood and sometimes use several types of wood for an exceptional product you'd be proud to put in your home!

Every wood/stump product is beautifully handcrafted from wood found on our family farm in Yale, Virginia and the surrounding area. We only use wood from trees that have naturally fallen or go behind loggers to use what has been left behind. All our products are left as natural as possible, only removing what needs to be- making each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.
